Harvest Ministries provides a safe, nurturing nursery for infants through 2 ½ years.
Upon your arrival, one of our nursery volunteers will greet you and provide you with a nursery pager. If at any time during the service you are needed, your pager will vibrate indicating that your assistance is needed in the nursery.
Snacks:
- Snacks are provided during the service. Snacks consist of gold fish or cheerios. Please inform a volunteer of any allergies your child may have and/or if you do not wish your child to have a snack.
Parents should remember to include in your child’s diaper bag:
- Extra Diapers
- Bottle or cup of formula, water or juice. (Please label with name.)
- Change of clothes
- Pacifier or other items your child may require.
When picking up your child:
- Please pick up your child immediately following service.
- The same person, who dropped off your child, should pick up your child.
- Return your pager.
- Make sure you have all of your child’s belongings.
Remember:
- For the safety and the well-being of other children and our workers, we ask that you not place your child in the nursery if any of the following symptoms are present.
- A fever within the past 24 hours
- A runny nose
- Vomiting/diarrhea within past 24 hours
- Any symptoms of childhood diseases: measles, mumps, etc.
- Sore throat and/or persistent cough
- Unexplained rash or skin infections
- Pink eye or other eye infection
